Step:-1 First open your gmail and then click on Google account pic. Now click on Manage your Google Account.

Step:- 2 Click on Data & Privacy.

Step:- 3 Now scroll down to Download or delete your data and click on “Download your data”.

Step:-4 Select all the Google services you want to backup and then click on Next.

Step:- 5 In next screen click on Create Export.

Step:- 6 It will take long time to backup Google data. You will receive email when export is complete.
